How do I change the size of the text?

Are there any shortcut keys on this website?

There are four shortcut key combinations you can use to move around the website without a mouse:

  • Alt + 0 to go to the Home page
  • Alt + 1 to go to the Search page
  • Alt + 2 to go to the Site Map
  • Alt + 3 to Skip to Content (i.e. jump directly to the body text on the page).

Press both keys at the same time. For example, to go to the Home page press the Alt key and the 0 key at the same time and press Enter to activate the link.

Why does the page display all of its content in one vertical line down the left side of the page?

Style sheets have been disabled in Netscape version 4* (all variants). To improve formatting, upgrade your browser to Netscape Version 8 or Version 7.

Why aren’t there any Microsoft Word downloads on the website?

To simplify access to information this website has been designed to reduce the number of complementary software applications required.

Instead of Microsoft Word (.doc) files, we provide Rich Text Format (.rtf) files that will work with any text editor.

Why can’t I view a selected download?

To view a Portable Document Format (.pdf) file, you need to install Adobe Acrobat Reader or an equivalent before you download the file.

To view a Portable Document Format (.pdf) file using your browser, you need to convert the file into HTML format using Acrobat Online Tools

Why is there no text version?

How do I search the website?

From the right side of any page on the website:

What if the search returns too many results?

Try searching the results for a related word or phrase.

  2. Enter a new word or phrase
  3. Select Search

The Search Results page displays a link to all resources on the website that include the entered word or phrase.

  1. From the Search Results page, select a link displayed next to the message: “Your search for ‘word or phrase’ found...”

The search results are categorised as follows:

  • Corporate pages - information available to view on the website
  • Publications - includes policy papers, information sheets, annual reports, budget papes, and Acts

  1. From the left side of any page on the website, select Publications. The Publications Search page displays
  2. Do one of the following:
    • From the Type drop-down list, select a publication category
    • In the Title text box, enter all or part of the name of the required document
    • In the From Date and To Date text boxes, enter the effective dates of the required document
    • Select Search

Why does the printed page look different than it does on the screen?

The printed pages are designed to display the content of the website page, not the navigation. Printed pages include what is displayed in the middle column of the website page, but not the left or right columns.
