Aims
The SBC assists all small businesses in Victoria by:
- supporting small business
- promoting informed decision making
- mediating retail tenancy disputes
- investigating complaints about unfair market practices
- minimising disputes between small and large businesses
- encouraging small-business-conscious government administration
