Victorian Industry Participation Policy (VIPP)

The Victorian Industry Participation Policy (VIPP) is a Victorian Government initiative with the intent to foster industry development by encouraging bidders to genuinely and systematically consider local (Australian and New Zealand) SME suppliers.
