The Victorian Industry Participation Policy (VIPP) is a Victorian Government initiative with the intent to foster industry development by encouraging bidders to genuinely and systematically consider local (Australian and New Zealand) small-to-medium enterprise (SME) suppliers.
One of the key functions of the strategy is to work across government to design and manage strategies of region-wide significance. It is based on a collaborative approach to integrating planning across the key drivers of change at the sub-regional level.
