VIPP Guidelines

All short-listed bidders (or all bidders where there is no short-list stage) for projects $3.0 million and over in Metropolitan Melbourne and statewide, and $1.0 million and over in Regional Victoria, are required to provide a VIPP Plan. The template is provided in an editable Microsoft Word document format. Tenderers are encouraged to seek the assistance of the ICN to complete this Plan.

Agencies are required to report annually on VIPP outcomes to the Minister for Industry and Trade. The VIPP Outcome – Annual Reporting template seeks details of projects commenced and projects completed during the previous financial year to which the VIPP has applied.
